Where the day gets its colour

Some days
arrive in colour.
Most need help.

Four blends, roasted at origin in Lâm Đồng and flown in fresh. Built for the whole week — not just this morning.

From eternal spring.

A grey morning room, spring light arriving through a tall window, a warm yellow throw on a chair.

The proof, briefly

Grown in a forest,
not a field.

01

Grown in a forest, not a field.

Twenty-five kinds of tree share the canopy. The shade does most of the work.

02

Honey-processed on bamboo beds.

Eight to twelve hours of ferment, then fourteen to twenty days drying in the highland air. That's where the sweetness comes from.

03

Lot-traceable.

Every bag traces back to the farms of Lâm Đồng. We trace the lot — we don't blend it into anonymity.

04

A variety kept alive.

Robusta sẻ and Red Bourbon — both nearly lost, both still here.

05

Roasted at origin, flown in fresh.

Roasted in Vietnam, air-freighted to the UK, in your cup in weeks, not months.

06

Nothing wasted.

The husks go back as compost. The cattle do the mixing. We didn't think we'd improve on that.

Find your blend

Two ways to find
the right cup.

Answer a few questions — the right blend picks itself.

The farms of Lâm Đồng Province — coffee grown under shade trees, overlooking the river valley.

Grown in a forest, picked only when ripe, dried slow on bamboo. The unglamorous work behind a good cup.

Worth knowing, occasionally.

We email rarely, and only when there's something worth saying — a new blend, a market date, the odd thing worth knowing about coffee.
