Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We ship to UK addresses only (at launch). Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days from dispatch via Royal Mail / tracked courier.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves us.

Freshness

All Chloris coffee is roasted at origin in Vietnam and air-freighted to the UK. We dispatch to keep you within the optimal post-roast window. Coffee continues to degas for up to 10 days post-roast — we factor this into dispatch timing so the bag arrives at peak condition, not over-fresh.

Whole bean

All Chloris coffee is supplied whole bean.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. No need to return damaged goods.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel an order for a refund. However, coffee that has been opened is exempt from this right, as it is a perishable product.

Sealed, unopened bags may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Missing or late orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch email, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and either re-send or refund.
