Chloris Coffee Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Contact: [email protected]. These terms apply to all purchases made on chloriscoffee.com.

Your order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation email. At that point a contract is formed. We reserve the right to decline orders (e.g. if a product is out of stock).

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before your order is confirmed.

Products

All coffee is 250g per bag, supplied whole bean.

Product images are representative. Colour appearance of packaging may vary slightly from screen to screen.

Delivery

See our Shipping & Returns page for current delivery timescales and costs. We ship to UK addresses only at launch.

Returns and cancellations

See our Shipping & Returns page. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel most orders. Perishable goods (coffee that has been opened) are exempt from this right.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you for any loss arising from use of this site or our products is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The current version always applies to new orders.
