About this blend
Technically not a blend at all — one variety, standing on its own. Robusta sẻ is a pure, non-hybrid strain most of the industry quietly abandoned for higher-yielding stock; it survives on a handful of highland lots, and we're glad it did. Honey-processed into chocolate and brown sugar — dense, dark and entirely sure of itself. This is the strongest thing we make, and the one most likely to change your mind about robusta. Best as espresso, or the way much of Vietnam drinks it: over ice, with a spoon of condensed milk, and no apologies.
Lot-traceable · The farms of Lâm Đồng Province
Pure Robusta sẻ — a non-hybrid variety kept alive on the shade-grown lots of Lâm Đồng when the rest of the industry moved on. Honey-processed: pulp-on fermentation, then 14–20 days on raised bamboo beds. Every bag traces to a named lot. Roasted at origin by Hạt Rừng, air-freighted fresh.
