About this blend
Arabica-led, and honey-processed — which is the unhurried part. The fruit's pulp is left on through fermentation, then the beans dry slowly on raised bamboo beds in the highland air for the better part of three weeks. What you get for the patience is sweetness: sugarcane, citrus, a nuttiness underneath, and a lift that arrives without raising its voice. The thirty percent robusta gives it just enough backbone to mean it. The one for when you want a bit more from the cup — and for filter, where all that brightness has room to move.
Lot-traceable · The farms of Lâm Đồng Province
Honey-processed Arabica from the shade-grown lots of Lâm Đồng. The cherry pulp stays on through fermentation — 8–12 hours — then the beans dry slowly on raised bamboo beds for 14–20 days. That's where the sweetness comes from. Roasted at origin by Hạt Rừng, air-freighted fresh.
