About this blend
Seventy percent robusta, thirty percent arabica, and no particular interest in being clever about it. The robusta comes from shade-grown forest lots in Lâm Đồng — dark chocolate, a creaminess that holds its own against milk, the kind of body that gets things moving without a fight. The arabica is there to round the edges, not to show off. This is the everyday one — the cup you reach for when you just want coffee that behaves: steady, generous, never in a mood. Built for espresso or a cafetière, and forgiving of both.

Grown under 25+ shade species in the highlands of Lâm Đồng. Every bag traces back to a named lot — not a region, a farm. Honey-processed: 8–12h ferment, 14–20 days on bamboo beds. Roasted at origin by Hạt Rừng, air-freighted fresh.
